Solar Thermal Energy
The sun is available all year long, so why not use it to to heat? Solar thermal systems allow us to use the energy from the sun to heat water for space and domestic heating applications.
How it works?
Solar thermal systems harness the suns energy to produce heat for various applications. A fluid is circulated through a solar panel, or array of panels, and heated by the sun. The heat from the fluid is transferred into a storage tank in the building, which then is used for heating a space or domestic water (showers, laundry, sinks, etc.) for a building or home. Solar systems have many benefits and can qualify for great incentives from federal, state and local programs.
